We follow a refund cycle of 10 days and do not extend our policies norms and regulations post 10 days. Hence, unfortunately if the days count exceeds to 10 days since your purchase, we won’t be able to help with our refund or exchange offers.
For eligibility of our refund or exchange policies, the purchased item must be unused, unstrapped. In short, the item must be in the same condition during the time you have received it. And also make sure the original packaging is also managed and maintained.
Once your purchased item is received and inspected by our quality check authorities, we will send you a confirmation email notifying that we have received your dispatched item. Our team will also notify and assist about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If case of approval, your refunded amount will accordingly calculated and the processed automatically. As our whole process is automated it will be directly applied to your credit card or else if necessary, we follow other authentic monetary procedure as well. After a certain amount of days the payment will be reflected back in the purchaser’s account.
Late or missing refunds
If there is a delay or any other inconvenience in receiving the refunded amount, you can directly contact your debit/credit card company. But, please make sure this process of official refund request might consume a little extra time as estimated.
